Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with Lumama. If you find our platform isn't the right fit for your child, you can request a full refund within **7 days** of your first payment, provided no more than 2 lessons have been completed.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of use.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email billing@lumama.com with your transaction ID. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (M-PESA or Card) within 5–10 business days.
